We are seeking an experienced, warm, and highly organised couple to oversee the smooth running of a private residence and estate. The role combines hands-on estate management, guest experience coordination, and culinary hospitality, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional yet discreet service during family visits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in estate, lodge, or luxury hospitality management.
• Culinary expertise (professional cook/chef background preferred for one partner).
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Warm, discreet, and service-oriented personality.
• Appreciation for remote, nature-based living.
• Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, detail-driven environment.
• Couple dynamic: complementary skills in management and hospitality.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the residence and grounds.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
• Supervise household and estate staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain security, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Budget oversight and reporting for household expenses.
