Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain a specific kitchen station, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Ensure food is prepared with proper portion control and consistent quality.
• Oversee and train junior kitchen staff, such as commis chefs.
• Monitor and manage inventory
• Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working order. 

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen environment,  with 2+ years of experience.
• Skills:
  
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various techniques.
  • Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
