Key Responsibilities OTA Marketing Manage all OTA partnerships and ensure visibility across Booking dot com Expedia Airbnb and others Coordinate rate strategy, specials and promotions Ensure all images videos and content are updated, polished and aligned Maintain strong alignment with social media SEO and STO partners Social Media and Digital Marketing Partner with the social media agency to create fresh, engaging and on brand content Suggest, refine and approve campaigns, promotions and seasonal specials Support creation of posts videos newsletters and digital ads Grow and maintain the guest and marketing database Coordinate design and production of newsletters brochures and digital assets SEO and Online Advertising Collaborate with the SEO specialist on strategy and keyword focus Monitor performance of Google Ads Meta Ads and all digital campaigns Review analytics and turn insights into action plans STO and Travel Trade Marketing Identify and appoint the right travel trade partners Build relationships with tour operators and travel agents Host agent presentations site visits and training Drive growth of group travel, packages and trade bookings Brand Print and Promotional Materials Approve all creative copy imagery and layout for brochures maps menus signage and guest collateral Oversee printing distribution and brand consistency Arrange professional photography that captures the magic of the destination Guide brand refresh and ongoing design updates Events Experiences and Business Development Build strong relationships with wedding coordinators event planners DMCs and experience partners Develop boutique events including wellness retreats culinary evenings wine tastings adventure groups and lifestyle events Conceptualise and grow weddings conferences and group bookings through creative positioning General Coordination Maintain and update the guest database Manage themed months seasonal promotions and special packages Oversee monthly newsletters and client communications Manage guest review responses with care and professionalism Maintain collaborative partnerships with Bootleggers AfriCamps wine estates caterers photographers and other partners Skills and Competencies Minimum three to five years hospitality marketing experience Strong understanding of OTA marketing SEO online advertising and social media Warm confident communicator with excellent coordination skills Creative eye for content storytelling imagery and brand voice Ability to analyse data and turn insights into meaningful actions Highly organised proactive and comfortable working with multiple external partners Reporting Line Reports directly to the General Manager with active involvement in the executive leadership team.
