Job Description
Hire Resolve, an HR consulting firm known for their expertise in recruitment, is currently seeking a skilled Body Corporate Accountant to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the success of the firm’s body corporate accounting services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial operations of multiple body corporate entities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, income and expense reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and review budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to resolve financial-related issues.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Body Corporate Accountant or similar role.
- Articles Completed
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
