North West: HOD: Security & Investigations posted by MSP Staffing LTD

One of our top mining clients is looking for a highly skilled and experienced HOD: Security & Investigations to join their team in the North West. Requirements: · NQF 7 (Bachelors Degree or Higher Diploma) in Policing or Security Management · Minimum of 15 years experience in General, Priority and Commercial investigations of which 8 years should have been at management level. · Have the ability to manage a General, Project and Commercial investigation unit; and the ability to manage investigations with a project centric approach including key stakeholders. Have the ability to manage a large investigations (50) unit and a sizable case load (5000 open investigations) relating to investigations.
