Nexeva Health Solutions is a South African healthcare company committed to delivering innovative, patient-centred solutions across the continuum of care.We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager Oncology to lead commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand presence in the oncology market. Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic leader with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the South African med-tech distribution market. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at C-suite level across both private and public healthcare sectors. They should demonstrate experience in driving growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies, possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and be highly motivated to lead teams and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our portfolio products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital executives, and procurement teams. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Design and implement appropriate incentive schemes for the sales team. Oversee digital marketing, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities in collaboration with the group marketing team. Collaborate with supplier product teams to develop marketing collateral and training materials. Manage brand positioning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure that customer and team training is up to date and best in class. Lead and mentor the sales team in all aspects of the sales cycle Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution. Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare-related field (MBA advantageous). Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing within a healthcare environment, preferably oncology or diagnostic imaging. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth. Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics and customer needs is an advantage. Experience in CRM implementation is an advantage. Strong relationships with both private and public hospitals at C-suite level. Experience in dealing with national and provincial health departments is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem solving mindset with a flair for finding creative win-win solutions. Hands on leader with a strong commitment to delivering on objectives. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven, highly motivated, and collaborative team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to understand and demonstrate technical and clinical sales collateral. Relationship builder with demonstrated long term partnerships. Willingness to travel nationally and regionally.
