THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements. Grade 12 / Matric WITH at least 612 months experience in an administrative, customer service, call centre, or similar support role (Recruitment/sourcing exposure is a bonus but not essential) Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone, AS WELL AS solid written communication skills for capturing notes and updating profiles Comfortable working with computers and able to learn new systems quickly WITH working proficiency on MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining consistent productivity throughout the day *Highly beneficial if you are able to touch type DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: In this role, you will provide essential support to our Sourcing Lead, including: Making large volumes of initial screening calls to candidates Capturing in-depth, accurate, and structured notes after each screening call Updating and maintaining candidate profiles in the database Uploading and organising candidate documentation Managing ad responses and shortlisting suitable profiles Ensuring recruitment systems and databases are accurate and up to date Handling general administrative and ad hoc tasks to support the sourcing function and the team Assisting with coordination tasks as needed PLEASE NOTE: This is not an interviewing or HR advisory role. You will not conduct full interviews, complete reference checks, or perform any senior recruitment functions.
