is currently assisting an exclusive eco-luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape to recruit a skilled and professional to join the team. The role focuses on crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, maintaining a well-presented and efficient coffee station, engaging warmly with guests, and supporting the wider Food & Beverage team during daily service. This position plays an important part in enhancing the overall guest experience through consistent service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Requirements · Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury lodge, hotel, or high-end café environment. · Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and customer service standards. · Formal training would be advantageous · A warm, approachable, guest-centric personality with excellent communication skills. · Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism. · Passion for hospitality, presentation, and crafting memorable guest moments. · Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees, teas, and speciality beverages to luxury standards. · Deliver warm, engaging, and personalised guest service with every interaction. · Maintain excellent product knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, milks, and flavour profiles. · Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure all beverages are presented beautifully and consistently. · Stable employment history with contactable references ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
