Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and analyse international markets to identify growth opportunities
• Initiate contact and schedule meetings with both local and foreign clients
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs
• Collaborate with engineers to tailor products and solutions for various international clients
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and assist with contract preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, compliance) for smooth project execution
• Manage projects from planning through to delivery and post-delivery support
• Provide client feedback, ensure satisfaction, and identify areas for future collaboration
• Be willing to work flexibly, including outside standard hours due to international time zones

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or a related field)
• Recent graduates are welcome; project or business management experience is advantageous
• Must be willing and able to travel internationally (valid passport required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and IT skills
• Own reliable transport
• Immediate availability is advantageous
• Must present professionally at all times
