SPA THERAPIST

SANDOWN – Milnerton Rural (Western-Cape) – South Africa

STARTING DATE: ASAP / 01 January 2026

REPORTS to: Spa Manager / CEO

EMPLOYMENT: Full Time

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Sunday
• 09:00 – 18:00
• Days off (including 1x weekend per month)

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R7,000 – R10,000 Basic per month (Based on experience & skills)
• Treatment Commission
• Retail Commission
• Incentives and performance bonuses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
2. DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
3. Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
4. Confident retailer – this is essential
5. Reliable transport

EXPERIENCE:

1. Spa Therapist experience within a Day Spa or Cruise Ship Spa employment experience

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):

1. Confident and skilled in all standard SPA services (Body & Massage Therapy, Skin Care & Facials, Mani & Pedicure, Waxing)
2. Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
3. Retail confident
4. Confidently re-book clients where applicable
5. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
