Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to adapt to dynamic lodge operations and wilderness environment. Confidently prepare and serve a range of cocktails. Possess background knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation, including wines Set up tables for various meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, fine dining).
