This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestige hospitality group and support the Head Chef in delivering world-class culinary experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef with all kitchen operations and menu execution Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence Ensure consistent plating, food quality, and presentation across all services Oversee stock controls, ordering, portion management, and wastage reduction Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards Contribute to menu planning, dietary requirement management, and guest preferences Support pre-opening kitchen setup, systems, and processes Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years similar experience in a luxury lodge/fine dining environment Strong culinary foundation with excellent technical skills Ability to run the kitchen independently when required Creative, organised, and calm under pressure Excellent communication and leadership ability Passionate about high-end, guest-focused dining Package: Salary: R15,000 R20,000 (DOE) Live-in accommodation Meals provided on duty To Apply: Submit your CV, contactable references, food portfolio, and a recent head and shoulders photograph. ?
