What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a regional finance team
Drive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
Oversee month-end and annual financial statements
Contribute to stock control and risk management
Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Promote values of honesty, respect, accountability, and energy
What We’re Looking For
? Qualifications:

• BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
• Honours degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred)

? Experience:

• 7+ years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG

? Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership & people management
• Strategic planning & decision-making
• Risk management & budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Customer-centric mindset
