Job Description
- Maintain various administrative records to support divisional operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update internal divisional documents, including dealer lists, online pricing lists, and cross-border clearing instructions.
- Manage reprinting of sales-related documents, prepare credit paperwork, and update retail pricing in Syspro.
- Process sales orders using Syspro and handle dealer enquiries regarding pricing, quotes, proformas, and general sales questions.
- Maintain consignment and stock lists and arrange collections through the NightwinG portal.
- Follow best practices in administration and sales support while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- 1β2 yearsβ administration experience
- Good documentation and organisational skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail

- Above-average computer literacy in commercial and communication packages
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
