Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site and Plant Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations at a 30 TPH small-scale gold mining plant. The role includes overseeing plant performance, supervising site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a local workforce in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise gold processing plant operations (crushing, milling, gravity recovery).
• Ensure consistent throughput and equipment functionality.
• Manage site logistics, ore feed, tailings, and water usage.
• Lead, train, and manage local staff and shift teams.
• Enforce site safety and security protocols.
• Maintain production records and report on plant performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in mining or plant operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of gravity-based recovery systems.
• Proven leadership in remote or small-scale operations.
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Fluent in English. French or Swahili speaking will be an advantage.

Rotation: Site-based with scheduled rotations.
