Key Responsibilities 
– Prepare and finalize print-ready and digital files based on established design guidelines. 
– Adapt and localize existing layouts for various formats and languages. 
– Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across all deliverables. 
– Collaborate with Belgian designers, copywriters, and project managers via digital platforms. 
– Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. 
– Oversee production processes from briefing to final delivery, including translation and print coordination. 
– Stay updated on DTP tools and workflow optimizations, including automation and AI-assisted processes. 

Requirements 
– 1–4 years of experience in DTP, prepress, or a similar technical production role. 
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). 
– Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and file preparation. 
– Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to different client needs. 
– Good communication skills in English. 
– Interest in workflow automation and openness to using new tools and AI technologies. 

Preferred Skills 
– Experience with collaborative tools such as Figma or similar (for reviewing and adapting layouts). 
– Extensive expertise in automation using GREP, Scripts, and Style Panels. 
– Proficient understanding of CMYK vs. RGB and the ability to work with Pantone colors. 
– Knowledge of bleed, crop marks, resolution, and DPI—preparing final files for both offset and digital printing. 
– Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., for scalable asset production). 
– Knowledge of tagging and digital navigation in digital PDFs and digital publishing (for compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) regarding PDF manuals) is a definite plus and highly valued. 
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 
– Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
