Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agricultural Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in agricultural implement manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of farm machinery, design, and fabrication processes.
- Proven experience in client engagement, product development, and business management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and manufacturing quality systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of technical drawing or CAD designs
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with farmers and clients
- Technical understanding of agricultural implements and their field application
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to translate client feedback into actionable product improvements
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
