My client is looking for a sharp, reliable and adaptable Admin & Portfolio Assistant to join their team. The role is wonderfully varied, perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, keeping operations tidy, and supporting a busy portfolio. Must have your own reliable transport + a valid driver’s license.

What Youll Be Doing
-
Supporting several managers with daily admin and coordination
-
Reception and general office administration
-
Managing the maintenance teams diary, schedules and expenses
-
Handling tenant administration
-
Doing property viewings and managing rental applications
-
Assisting with stock control and record-keeping for retail outlets
-
Basic HR-related duties
-
Preparing quotes and assisting with procurement
-
Managing insurance claims and lending a hand with ad-hoc tasks
What You Need to Bring
-
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-
Matric
-
Confident Excel skills and strong numeracy
-
At least 1 year of admin/office experience
-
A consistent work history (no frequent job changes)
-
Your own reliable transport + a valid driver’s license
-
Must live in the Northern Suburbs
Working Hours
-
MonThu: 08:0016:30
-
Fri: 08:0015:00
-
Occasional evenings or weekends when required
