Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide basic product knowledge and support to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
• Learn and develop sales techniques under the guidance of senior sales consultant

Requirements:

• Drivers License (not negotiable)
• Age: 18 – 30
• Education: BCom Economics / BCom Finance / BCom Marketing / Diploma in relevant field.
• Work Status: Currently unemployed.
• Have not completed a YES (Youth Employment Service) programme before.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Desirable:

• Previous exposure to customer service or sales is advantageous but not essential
