Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities
• Champion data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives
• Oversee data architecture, cataloging, and lifecycle management
• Drive analytics use cases for support functions and integrate insights into business processes
• Partner with IT to build scalable, compliant data infrastructure
• Lead and develop a high-performing team

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science (Master’s preferred)

Experience:

• 8+ years in data, analytics, or technology roles, with at least 3 years in leadership
• Proven success in bridging business and technology for enterprise-wide data delivery
• Strong technical expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, and data integration platforms
• In-depth knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks

Skills:

• Advanced data architecture and analytics capabilities
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
