About the Role

We are seeking a Training Officer – Food Safety – Milling to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SOP training to provide safety high performing workplace
• Conduct training needs assessment within production department
• Provide necessary guidance, mentorship, coaching to ease new hire into their function
• Deliver practical training sessions focusing on milling operations, food safety, quality standards and workplace safety

Requirements

• Relevant experience in training or a related field
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. Food Science, Safety Management)
