Hire Resolves client in the engineering and automation industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Designer in the Port Elizabeth Metropolitan Area, South Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily design tasks utilizing software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Contribute to mechanical design and product development initiatives.
• Apply engineering principles and manufacturing processes to design efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve project goals.
• Communicate project statuses and concepts clearly and effectively.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design software.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and a collaborative work style.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Rigorous attention to detail with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Location: Port Elizabeth Metropolitan Area, South Africa
