Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg.

This role is essential for improving operational efficiency and driving positive change across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse current operational processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights
• Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvements
• Assist in project management and ensure projects are completed on time
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote best practices across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Project management experience is a plus
