A leading financial services provider is seeking a Senior Collection Strategy Analyst to develop and optimize data-driven debt collection strategies that drive performance and maximise recoveries across outsourced portfolios.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, commercially minded, and experienced in debt collections or financial analysis. Youll be responsible for designing and testing collection strategies, building insightful performance reports, and driving continuous process improvements while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

? Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

• Experience in collections analytics or financial strategy

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or Power BI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
