Roodepoort: Operations Executive

Department: Operations Reports To: Managing Director / CEO Location: Head Office (Roodepoort – Gauteng) with extensive national & SADC travel Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Closing Date for Applications: 31 January 2026 Purpose of the Role To take full national accountability for all precast concrete and paving manufacturing operations, driving production excellence, profitability, zero-harm safety, quality standards and strong leadership across multiple business units country-wide. Key Responsibilities – Full oversight of production, mechanical, technical, IR, safety, recruitment and training for all precast/paving plants nationwide – National business & production planning and strict budget management – Rapid and effective handling of operational contingencies and crisis management – Drive performance management at plant, team and individual level – Implement and maintain a true “zero harm” safety culture with Requirements – Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent. – Relevant tertiary technical / operations qualification. – 10 years’ experience in precast concrete / paving manufacturing environment.
