Job Description

A leading international Property company has a vacancy for an Administration Team Assistant in the Pretoria East area. Duties will include: Assist the Estate Agents with adhoc duties. Managing the Reception area. Answering the switchboard. Coordinating maintenance for Tennants. Obtaining quotations. Research. Assist with advertising and marketing. General office administration. Conduct tennant inspections. Client liaison. Matric. Previous experience within an administration capacity. Client liaison. Strong customer service skills. Strong organisational skills. Attention to detail. Must have valid drivers licence and own car. Must be able to speak Afrikaans fluently. Ms Office skills.
