An established organisation in Centurion has a vacancy for an IT Technician who will be responsible for technical support within an internal and external capacity. Previous experience within an IT technical support environment. Offering technical support to Clients. Upholding Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Clients. Providing remote and onsite support. Upgrading hardware and software. Setting up workstations, network, emails ect. Diagnosing and fault finding. Troubleshooting. Installations. Matric. Relevant IT qualification. MCSE, MCSA and MCITP qualifiation. Previous experience working within an IT Support capacity. Strong Customer service skills and a focus on service excellent. Valid drivers licence and own car. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate in Afrikaans.
