Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key agricultural clients in your region
• Driving sales through innovative, customer-focused agri solutions
• Actively promoting and selling our full range of agricultural products and services
• Ensuring operational compliance with internal processes and external regulations
• Delivering outstanding service and support that exceeds customer expectations

Requirements:

• Degree in Agricultural Economics or a related field
• 4+ years experience in the agri-business sector (packaging materials experience preferred)
• Proven ability in sales management and advanced negotiation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Ability to handle complex challenges with practical, solution-focused thinking
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
