We are seeking a driven and experienced business development officer in the logistics field. Our requirements: – Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships and contract management. – Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and make informed decisions.- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a track record of success in achieving targets.- Deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning. – Fluency in English, Russian and Polish languages.-Ability and willingness to travel extensively. – A tertiary education in finance would be greatly advantageous.Key Responsibilities – Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with airlines, freight forwarders, corporate clients, and travel agencies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: operators, lessors, handling agents, and airport authorities.- Develop go-to-market strategies tailored for customers in passenger charters, cargo charters, ACMI leasing.- Negotiate and execute contracts, ensuring profitable and compliant agreements.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic expansion.- Collaborate closely with existing customers on developing additional potential business opportunities.- Represent the company at aviation trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
