As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between design and manufacturing by converting product baselines into efficient manufacturing processes. You’ll play a key role in new product development, apply DFx principles, and lead initiatives that enhance manufacturability and reduce costs. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a tangible impact on production efficiency and product quality.

Education:

• BEng / BTech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment
• Project management experience
• Exposure to tool and die making and electronics (advantageous)
• Experience in new product development and industrialisation
• Competencies in:
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving
  • Systems & Process Optimization
  • Project Management (MS Project or similar)
  • Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Self-driven and enthusiastic
