Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Drafting: Prepare compliant fire protection system designs tailored to tender requirements.

• Hydraulic Calculations: Accurately determine pipe sizing for sprinkler systems.

• Site Assessments: Conduct flow tests, site surveys, and detailed measurements.

• Documentation: Produce drawings, fabrication lists (with pricing and stock info), O&M manuals, and ASIB documentation.

• Client Liaison: Work closely with consultants and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• General Duties: Tackle additional tasks as directed by management.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• Education: Relevant qualification in drafting or mechanical engineering (ASIB certification is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a draughtsman, ideally with fire protection systems.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong Revit skills (highly advantageous).

  • Competence in performing hydraulic calculations.

• Other: Own reliable transport is essential.
