This is a full-time, remote role working U.S. EST hours (6am3pm EST).Youll work directly with a U.S. crypto CPA firmno agenciesand gain rare skills few accountants possess: tracing wallet activity, interpreting blockchain data, categorizing thousands of transactions, and preparing deliverables across CoinTracking, Koinly, Cryptoworth, Bitwave, QuickBooks, Xero, and blockchain explorers.Responsibilities: Reconcile & categorize high-volume crypto transactions (100K+ txns, 10100+ wallets) Perform cleanup work, tax mapping, and reporting Trace wallet-to-wallet and on-chain activity across multiple chains Categorize CEX, DeFi, NFT, staking, and bridge transactions Follow SOPs, complete cleanup files, and maintain documentation Communicate via ClickUp, Slack, and ZoomRequirements: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (or final year) Strong attention to detail Fluent written English Crypto familiarity (wallets, exchanges, transactions) Comfortable with repetitive reconciliation work Able to trace activity using explorers No freelance/agency clients; able to sign NDA + IP + non-compete
