Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with accounting, finance, and secretarial functions
• Managing Accounts Payable function
• Preparing monthly management accounts and Board packs
• Assisting with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Preparation of tax computations and payment of company taxes
• Maintaining fixed assets and property registers
• Acting as a bank signatory
• Preparing annual insurance declaration and managing insurance claims
• Managing lease agreements and petty cash balances
• Performing general ledger reconciliations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Post graduate qualification in Finance
• 3-5 years management experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of SA tax legislations
• High level of computer literacy
• Ability to prioritize, plan work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
