Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading Civils company that is looking for a Quantity Surveyor | Estimator to join their team in Pretoria!

Key responsibilities:

• Draft monthly payment certificates
• Provide information to site management for compilation of reports, certificates, records, additional work and variation claims
• Producing cost reports
• Ensuring that company procedures and systems are being adhered to
• Preparing tender documentation
• Estimates
• Measuring Quantities from plans to compile BOQs
• Contract Administration
• Project management
• Quality Assurance

Key requirements:

• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 5-10 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in estimating (tenders)
• Experience in the road construction / civil engineering industry
• CCS experience
