On successful completion of the programme and subject to satisfactory performance, Trainees
may be appointed to a First Line Manager or Middle Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a well-structured program aimed at gaining practical experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.
• Engage in the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios within the sugar production environment.
• Work under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop essential managerial skills.
• Collaborate with teams across various departments to contribute to operational excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Completion of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) 
• Matric senior certificate with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English.
• South African citizenship.

Salary: Market Related
