• Job card Preparation
• Consumables ordering
• Production Employee Administration Leave, Sick notes, Timesheets etc.
• General Production admin Possibly Syspro based in the future
• Facilitate paperwork such as stock req, gate passes and printing of BOMS
• Provide administrative assistance to Production Manager and Production Supervisors when needed
• Facilitate fitment job cards manually and on Syspro
• Facilitate orders and receiving of fitment components
• File and track daily checklists for safety purposes
• Update Notice Boards
• Assisting with all ISO paperwork en keeping templates up to date

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work in a factory environment
• Strong administrative skills
