Job Description
Assist with the overall operation and smooth running of a luxury villa, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the property’s high standards.
They manage guest services, housekeeping, property upkeep and staff to create a seamless and memorable experience for visitors.
Welcoming and hosting guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring their stay is enjoyable from arrival to departure.
Providing personalized services, anticipating guest preferences, and handling inquiries or complaints promptly.
Managing check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
Overseeing the cleanliness, upkeep, and aesthetic appeal of the villa, including landscaping, pool maintenance, and general property maintenance.
Ensuring timely maintenance and repairs to keep the property in excellent condition.
Managing the villa’s infrastructure, including HVAC and security systems.
Supervising and coordinating the work of household staff, such as housekeepers, cooks, and groundskeepers.
Creating schedules and delegating tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Providing training and support to staff to maintain high service standards.
Managing kitchen operations and working with chefs to create memorable dining experiences.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal hospitality qualification will be an advantage
Experience in hospitality management
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent service are highly valued.
Knowledge of the local area and its attractions beneficial.
