• Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries
• Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair
• Prepare job cards, quotations, and invoices
• Communicate updates between customers and the workshop
• Advise customers on required services, parts, and follow-up work
• Ensure all work is authorised and properly documented
• Perform after-service follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records on the dealership system
• Work closely with workshop technicians and parts department

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of motor vehicle servicing and repairs
• Computer literate and confident with dealership/workshop systems
• Able to handle a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Professional, well-presented, and organised
• Valid driver’s licence
