Maintenance Officer – Luxury Country Estate Location: Hazyview Salary: R7,500 – R9,000 Negotiable DOE | Live Out Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Officer to join a luxury country estate in Hazyview. The successful candidate must be a qualified electrician with the ability to manage a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the property. Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across the estate Conduct general maintenance duties to support the smooth operation of the property Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Perform routine inspections and report on any required repairs or replacements Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards Support the estate team with ad hoc maintenance-related duties as required Requirements: Qualified electrician with relevant certification and experience Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a hospitality or estate environment Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures Willingness to work night shifts as required Reliable and professional work ethic Additional Information: Live-out position, however a standard room will be provided in the staff village for night shifts if needed This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Officer to join a luxury property in Hazyview, where they will play a key role in ensuring the estate operates to the highest standard.
