About the Role
Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our client’s team at the Nelspruit location. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch to ensure its success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations and functions of the Nelspruit branch
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role
- Experience within the warehousing and distribution sector or relevant certification.
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
