How you’ll role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be instrumental in shaping recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs, and leading recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates. This role calls for a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless candidate experiences and strengthening our employer brand. What you’ll do Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies Source and attract candidates through various channels including networks, job boards, and social media Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and oversee background and reference checks Lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system Generate recruitment analytics reports Champion a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand What you’ll need Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field 35 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a corporate environment Proven track record in IT or technology recruitment roles Experience with an applicant tracking system (preferably Workday) Biometric certification (MIE preferred) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
