Spa at a luxury Estate & Hotel in Constantia, Cape Town is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Spa Therapist. We are seeking experienced Senior Spa Therapists passionate about wellness, beauty and delivering 5* guest experiences . This role is ideal for highly skilled therapists who excel in a refined, fast-paced environment and consistently uphold top-tier service standards. Duties: Perform a wide range of advanced spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, manicures, and pedicures Deliver personalised, luxury guest experiences in line with spa standards Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to support guest wellbeing Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in all treatment areas Assist with spa operations, including opening and closing procedures Uphold professionalism and contribute to a positive, high-performing team dynamic Support junior therapists when required and help maintain service consistency Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa environment Recognised spa/beauty qualification (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent) Strong skills in a variety of massage, skincare, and holistic treatment techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and impeccably presented Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
