We are seeking a Professionally Registered Electrical Engineering Manager (PREng) to lead our electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical power systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. This is a leadership role that combines technical expertise with strategic management of multidisciplinary teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technical staff
• Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects
• Provide mentorship and professional development for team members
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on project delivery
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional registration (PReng)
• Experience in electrical engineering design, project management, or leadership
• Strong knowledge of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems and power distribution
• Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, and team management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
