About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading healthcare organization, is searching for a Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care while utilizing your technical expertise in clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Assist in various medical procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of clinical technology.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and uphold safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council.
- Clinical Technologist qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in operating relevant medical equipment and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure healthcare environment.
