About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Dialer Manager in Durban, where you will utilize your expertise in Microsoft BI Tools and Genesis Dialer to drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dialing campaigns using Genesis Dialer
- Analyze data from Microsoft BI Tools to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the data administration team to maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Provide training and support to team members on new systems and technologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data/Dialler administrator in a Contact Centre
- Experience working with Microsoft BI Tools (SQL/SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/PowerBI)
- Proficiency in Genesis Dialer software
Qualifications
- BSc. Computer Sciences or National Diploma in IT
