About the Role
The Maintenance QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and engineering processes comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures in a refinery or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures for all maintenance activities.
- Inspect and verify maintenance work, repairs, installations, and equipment replacements.
- Review and validate maintenance documentation, test reports, and quality records.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards, engineering designs, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or refinery environment.
- Proven experience in maintenance quality assurance and quality control.
- Solid understanding of refinery equipment, rotating machinery, static equipment, electrical systems, and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, QA/QC methodologies, and industrial safety regulations.
