About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Social Media / Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing Specialist to drive their digital marketing efforts across social media platforms and manage paid advertising campaigns. In this exciting position, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, leveraging the latest tools and techniques in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and grow the audience
Plan and execute media campaigns across paid social, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website’s performance.
Daily oversight and management of paid media channels, including search, social and mobile channels.
Produce engaging content for social media platforms and ensure brand consistency
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies that align with business goals
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to keep the company competitive
Forecast and report financial results weekly/monthly to identify growth opportunities.
Daily analytics oversight into website performance through platforms like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Similarweb etc.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
Experience using Excel and analytics software (ex: Google Analytics)
Experience using email & SMS platforms.
