About the Role
Our client is seeking experienced Refrigeration Service Technicians to join their dynamic team in the Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale industrial cooling and freezing systems across diverse sectors, including agro, fish, and food processing, providing top-notch service and minimizing operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex industrial refrigeration systems and compressors.
- Carry out maintenance, modifications, inspections, installations, and overhauls according to client requirements.
- Draw up reports and advise on inspections and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure safe handling and compliance when working with refrigerant gasses, including F-gas and ammonia.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient system operation and knowledge sharing.
- Provide excellent service to clients across diverse sectors, including dairy, fish, and food processing plants.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Refrigeration or equivalent technician education (NQF Level 4–5).
- Proven experience in industrial refrigeration systems, breakdown service, or maintenance roles.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to refrigeration.
- Experience working with refrigerant gasses such as F-gas and ammonia.
- Ability to create maintenance reports and advise on inspection outcomes.
- Previous experience in food processing, dairy, or fish industries is an advantage.
- Strong technical skills, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in Refrigeration or equivalent technician education (NQF Level 4–5).

- Permanent contract including a knowledge migrant visa valid for 5 years.
