- Conduct site visits and accurately scope technical requirements
- Compile cost estimations for electrical engineering projects
- Analyse tenders, quotations, and project proposals
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams
- Ensure pricing structures align to project scope and client expectations
- Prepare complete BOQs and cost-breakdown analyses
- Support project planning and procurement decisions
Requirements
- Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- 3+ years relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methodologies
- Experience preparing cost estimates and project budgets
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Valid passport
- Able to relocate to the Netherlands
