About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Development strategist to join our team as a Centurion: Talent and Organisational Development Manager. As a strategic OD professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy shaping major organisational projects, partnering with executive leadership, and delivering work that directly influences business direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic HR projects from initiation to completion, including HRIS implementations, EVP initiatives, and workforce planning.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare high-quality executive and Board reports, translating HR data into meaningful insights.
- Coordinate HR Leadership Team activities, including agendas, documentation, decision tracking, and alignment across HR functions.
- Drive change management and organisational development initiatives to support culture transformation and restructuring.
- Support digital HR transformation, optimising HR systems and using analytics to guide business decisions.
- Ensure governance and compliance with labour laws, BBBEE requirements, and industry regulations.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including senior leaders, unions, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Strategy, or Business Leadership is advantageous
- Project Management certification will be advantageous
- 5 – 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic project or programme management role
- Experience working with Executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Exposure to large operational environments such as agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing is highly beneficial
